| Our learning programs are intended for healthcare
workers from all over the world, who deal with issues such as HIV/AIDS,
tuberculosis, pediatric HIV, mental health, microbiology, and malaria.
The training programs include an on-site introductory kickoff meeting, a 3-month computer-based self-study period, an on-site workshop, and continuous medical education through annual updates. The e-learning programs are easy to navigate and intended for both computer-savvy users as well as those with limited to no computer experience. Mentoring Program
In order to continue training as many healthcare workers as possible,
Health[e]Foundation came to the conclusion that mentorship would be a perfect
adaptation of the Training-of-Trainers model. Our Mentoring
Program offers doctors/clinical officers, nurses, counselors, lab technicians and
midwives, who have successfully completed a course, the opportunity to join a
one-day mentoring training. The training focuses on communication, adult
learning and mentoring skills. Afterwards, the new mentor signs a contract with
Health[e]Foundation, identifying several milestones the mentor has to meet
during the learning process of the mentee.
