Course details / IAS Scientific Writing[e]Education

About this course

Health[e]Foundation offers the IAS Scientific Writing[e]Education e-learning course in collaboration with the International AIDS Society (IAS), authored by the former editors of the Journal of the International AIDS Society, Drs. Shirin Heidari and Mirjam Curno. Inexperienced authors, non-English native speakers and those from resource-limited settings are often at a disadvantage when writing and submitting abstracts and articles to conferences and journals. This leads to the underrepresentation of their research findings at conferences and in publications. The aim of this course is to support researchers to successfully disseminate their findings, in order to contribute to our global knowledge base, and to strengthen the skills of young and/or less experienced authors.
