About this course

The Female&Family[e]Education course provides continuous medical education for medical professionals working in the field of maternal and newborn health. The course is part of an important strategy to reduce maternal and newborn mortality and morbidity rates. In December 2018, a version of the course was specially created to meet the needs of Ethiopian healthcare workers. In 2020, seven modules of the course were selected and adapted to the Surinamese context.
