The governance of Health[e]Foundation operates at three levels: Supervisory Board, Scientific Advisory Board and executive management team. The Supervisory Board’s role is responsible for monitoring the Management and providing advice on corporate strategy, training possibilities and the development of new programs, as well as approving the budget. Our Supervisory Board members are actively involved in providing advice, ideas and opportunities to get the best out of our fundraising efforts and to develop new ways of income generation. The Supervisory Board consists of healthcare professionals in the field of HIV/AIDS and financial experts who assist with the budget and fundraising efforts. Board members receive no financial compensation for their activities.
